This is a powerful transmission working with Lyran and Blue Avian galactic shaman helping you to clear blockages and connect more deeply to your higher self and divine guidance. I can’t wait to hear how you receive the activation in the comments.
We all have an inner goddess just waiting to be released. She lays deep within ready to be acknowledged when you are ready to connect with her. For most of us we don’t think much of the idea of connecting to this epitome of divine feminine energy. We go about our day to day tasks completely ignoring the fact that we all are goddesses in our own right.
Many of us don’t look in the mirror and see ourselves from an energetic perspective. We look at all our minor imperfections or how time has ravaged itself across our physical form taking away our beauty when in fact this is not the case at all. We simply need to shift our mindset and perspective to find the beautiful goddess within us all.
I challenge you to start to implement some of these tips in your day to day life, to assist you in connecting with your own inner goddess. She welcomes you with open arms and will help you on your healing journey to discover your authentic soul self and release the hurt and trauma we carry from our past.
1. Movement
Moving stuck stagnant energy from our physical vessel is a great way to help you to connect. Take some time to move your body in ways that feel right to you. Having a dance party in the living room, going for a walk in nature or hitting up the gym can all be therapeutic to your mind, body and soul.
By moving our body it helps us to release the stagnant and stuck energies of the past, allowing for the flow of new energy and inspiration to come in. Try this exercise as a way to help you connect and feel what is going on around you.
Find some music that makes you want to move your body. I love finding world beats or ecstatic dance music on youtube or spotify as a starting point. Anything that has a good drum or rhythm you can connect with will do.
Stand up and allow yourself to feel the music. Connect with the beat and sync up your energy to receive it. Start to move and flow with the beat in whatever way feels comfortable to you. Perhaps you feel like shaking your hips in circles or waving your hands to shake off what needs to go. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Just let yourself flow with the music and move in whatever way feels right to you.
As you move and flow make note of any emotions that may come up. Do you feel happy, sad or angry? Whatever you are feeling acknowledge it and let it go. Its ok to have a cathartic crying session or scream out in anger, laugh uncontrollably or smile so big your face starts to hurt from happiness. All of this is your inner goddess clearing space for the new.
2. Clearing space
Once you have cleared your own energy it’s time to clear the energy of your space. When was the last time you did a deep clean of your space? Do you find yourself holding on to treasures of the past that are just cluttering up your space and not serving a purpose in your life? Now is the time to bring in some new energy and freshen up your space.
You can go as deep with your clearing as you feel comfortable. Moving the stove and getting under it to clean is not a requirement but the more you clear out the better you will most likely feel.
Take some time to rearrange the furniture or items in your space to adjust the flow of energy. If you feel called you can include the process of feng shui to help assist with energy flow. Go through your space and ask yourself what you truly need to keep or what could be sold or donated to your local thrift store. Sometimes when we hold on to old items it keeps us stuck in the past and old cycles we need to close out and move on from.
Now that we have assessed what should stay and what should go get out your cleaning supplies and give your space a good wipe down. Put things in their proper space and make room to bring in a new treasure or two for all your hard work.
If you feel called, doing some redecorating can help bring in new life to your space. You could find some new to you finds thrifting or treat yourself to something new. You don’t need to break the bank to have a nice space for you to enjoy.
Remember your space is a reflection of you. If you have been feeling depressed and uninspired some cleaning can assist you in clearing out the mental clutter of your mind too. Don’t beat yourself up if this task feels overwhelming. Start with one corner, drawer or storage bin. Work at a pace that feels good for you. As you get started and see your progress it will inspire you and motivate you to keep tackling the next area of your home.
3. Nourish your temple
Our body is a temple that our soul resides in. What we consume is what we become. If you haven’t been making the best food choices lately it’s time to reassess what we are consuming to help us feed and nourish our temple.
Eating high vibrational foods such as fruits and vegetables is what is best to fuel ourselves. Eat whatever diet feels best for you. Everyone is their own individual soul that resonates with different ways to eat. The diet that works for your friend might not be the right diet for you. You can never go wrong with staying hydrated and consuming foods full of life giving nutrients.
Take some time to look at what you are eating. While the bag of chips or that quick meal of fast food might taste good in the moment, how does it make you feel in the long term? We all need a treat from time to time but focusing on keeping to 80% healthy 20% treats usually works best.
One thing I have been recently connecting with is incorporating fasting into my health routine. I recommend doing your research into if it might help you, but I have seen tremendous results with it helping me heal food addictions and bad habits formed since childhood. Dr Mindy Pelz and Dr Jason Fung are great resources to start with if you want to explore fasting for health.
I grew up in a household where we celebrated with food and comforted ourselves with it. I felt like I was always on or off some type of diet. I remember going to a weight loss and health program at a local hospital as a kid to help me lose excess weight. On the drive back home since I hadn’t had any dinner my mom would stop at arby’s and get us a hot ham and cheese and some fries. Not exactly the best fuel for our temple or a life giving food. Today I choose to eat a mostly plant based diet with some occasional dairy and eggs as it is what my body responds to best. Figure out what works best for your body and watch yourself bloom and grow.
4. Go within
Getting into a daily mindfulness practice will help you clear the clutter of your mind and help you to connect with your inner goddess. Taking time to meditate, journal or do some affirmations will help you find peace and feel more comfortable and confident in yourself.
If you find it hard to focus start out with a guided meditation. YouTube has plenty of free options or you can use your own visualizations to start. I find it helpful to put on wordless music with a good drum beat to keep focus. A simple quick meditation you can do is to visualize yourself climbing down the trunk of a tree into inner earth.
Once inside you can spend time in a relaxing nature environment and create a sanctuary space of your own to connect with. Ask your inner goddess, spirit guides or ancestors to come join you to share wisdom and knowledge or give you guidance to life issues you are facing.
Taking time to write out our feelings through journaling can be extremely therapeutic as well. weather you chose to use a paper journal and a pen or type up a document or email, let yourself be as expressive as you want to be as its your healing journey.
I find working with affirmations can be very helpful with manifesting and helping to reprogram the subconscious mind too. I like to use a japa mala or mala beads with my affirmations but its not a requirement. Mala beads help you keep track of how many you have chanted as each set has 108 beads and 1 guru bead to guide you.
Speak words of love, protection and happiness over yourself as you let go of who you thought you were and become who you know you are or want to be. When you get up in the morning look in the mirror and remind yourself that you love yourself and what a total badass you are. The more you speak kindly of yourself the better.
5. Inner child healing
Let’s be honest our parents are not perfect. Some of us might have more damage than others, but we can all take time to heal and release the past traumas of our childhood to become more aligned and healthy adults.
Taking time to connect to your inner child to help them heal can be so transformative. Ask your inner child what they need to feel safe, happy and loved. You might find yourself connecting with yourself at a specific age or see various versions of yourself. Ask her how she feels and if there is something she needs to feel nurtured and loved. We can take the time to be the parent we needed when we were little and help ourselves heal so we don’t carry on the generational traumas of our family line.
I love to do a playday with my inner child. Think of things you loved when you were a kid and connect with them. I love to go to the park and swing on the swings or get my favorite childhood meal and spend the afternoon watching cartoons and coloring. Do what your inner child wants and needs and find yourself feeling happy and fulfilled inside.
Remember to always be you!
All of these tips are suggestions you can use to assist you on your healing journey. Remember you are beautiful, loved and blessed just as you are. Seeing yourself as the goddess that resides within you will help you feel confident and more ready to take on whatever life throws at you. Focus on finding alignment from the inside out and see how amazing your life starts to change for the better.
